Chakra's
CROWN
CHAKRA = VIOLET
BROW CHAKRA/3RD EYE = PURPLE
THROAT CHAKRA = BLUE
HEART CHAKRA = GREEN
SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA = YELLOW
SACRAL CHAKRA = ORANGE
BASE/ROOT CHAKRA = RED
Chakras are the psychic vortexes which energy flows from the Cosmos to Earth
via the spirit body or etheric body to the physical body.
The body has seven energy centres these are known as the Chakras. The
charkas are very important in our well being, they bring balance to your
physical , emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Each chakra is associated with a level in our auras. They energise one of
the auric levels in our spirit body. They also correspond and energise a
particular areas on the physical body.
Each chakra has its own colour, it radiates in and around the body.
The chakras are on the psychic rather than the physical level so therefore
can’t be seen.
The seven major chakras are located vertically along the axis of the body.
It is suggested they are located just in front of the backbone or on it, but
some chakras are linked to certain tasks so they take their name from the
area on the body they are associated with.
I.e. navel, heart, throat and brow.
Each chakra level is linked to the next chakra level by points or tips
called hearts of chakras.
When a particular colour appears in someone's aura it means the
corresponding chakra is providing the main energy input.
It is important to keep these charkas in sync with each other and unblocked
so the natural energy can flow smoothly throughout our body. Each chakra has
its own colour associated with it.
7 MAJOR CHAKRAS
Root or Base Chakra - Colour Red – Position Base of the spine Linked with
the legs, feet, skeleton and large intestine.
Red rules the first Etheric Layer of the spirit body and is associated with
physical functioning, basic instincts and the 5 physical senses.
Sacral Chakra – Colour Orange – Position – Seated in the reproductive system
Orange rules the second Emotional Layer of the aura. It is associated with
feelings and urges, self esteem and the emerging self identity.
Linked with fertility also focuses on different aspects of comfort and
satisfaction
For example drinking, eating and sexuality.
This chakra controls the blood, reproductive system, kidney, circulation and
bladder.
Solar Plexus Chakra – Colour Yellow – Position – Just below the navel.
Yellow rules the third Mental layer of the aura. It is associated with the
conscious mind and mental power and control and also astral travel. This is
the first level of awareness. Here the spirit body can temporarily detach
itself.
This chakra controls digestion, liver, spleen and small intestine. It is
said it absorbs the life force from living food such as fruit and vegetables
and seeds.
The Heart Chakra – Colour Green - Position – Centre of chest.
Green rules the fourth Astral Layer of the aura. It is associated with
relationships and with emotional stability, harmony within the self as well
as others. This chakra’s energies radiate over the heart, lungs, breasts.
Also over the arms and hands which hold others in love.
The Throat Chakra – Colour Blue – Position – Situated close to the Adams
apple in the centre of the neck.
Blue rules the fifth Etheric Template of the aura. It is associated with
communication and idealism.
This chakra controls the throat, speech, organs, thyroid gland, neck and
shoulders and the passage that runs up to the ears.
The Brow Chakra – Colour Purple/Indigo – Position – Just above the bridge of
nose in centre of brow.
Purple rules the sixth Celestial Level of the aura. It is associated with
unconscious wisdom and psychic powers. Especially Clairvoyance,
Clairaudience, Mediumistic abilities. This chakra controls the eyes, ears
and both hemispheres of the brain.
The Crown Chakra – Colour Violet – Position – Top of head in the centre.
Violet rules the seventh level, the Ketheric Template or Causal Body. Violet
merging with white light pouring in from the cosmos.
The Crown chakra rules the brain, body and psyche, growth and physical and
mental and spiritual well being.
Cleansing
It is important to keep our auras and chakras clear. As the auras and
chakras are so important to our well being health wise it’s important to
keep any negative energies away.
Everyone gives off an energy. Wherever we go we leave some of our own energy
behind.
Whoever we meet throughout the day we can pick up other peoples energy. This
isn’t always good for us.
We need to cast out any energy that isn’t ours, send it back to its rightful
owner and in return call our own energy back.
Having someone else’s residue energy soaked into your own aura isn’t so
nice. It can block and clog up your vital energy systems. It can make you
feel unwell or suddenly emotional.
Also not having a healthy diet, too much junk food, not enough fresh fruit
and vegetables or lack of fresh air can effect the aura.
Because the effects of these is seen in the aura before they reach the
physical body
It is wise to remove them by cleansing our auras and chakras.
We need healthy auras and chakras so harmony can enter our bodies and minds
and this will dispel any negativity.
You can cleanse your aura whenever it feels best for you.
Some people do it in the mornings so feel refreshed to start the day, the
feel invigorated
Myself I prefer to do it in the evenings, so any negativity I have picked up
during the day can be cleansed away, then I feel relaxed and refreshed so
hence have a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t want to hold onto any anxiety or
negativity that really belongs to someone else.
One way of cleansing is using water. Take a shower or bath and as you bathe
ask your Spirit Guides to help you with the task of cleansing you aura. Ask
that any negative thoughts, feelings, emotions are taken away from you.
Ask that any residue energy that has soaked into your aura that isn’t yours
be taken away.
.As the water runs off your body visualise all that negative energy washing
away from you, visualise it running down the plug hole. Send this negative
energy that isn’t yours back to its rightful owner.
After this is done remember to call your own energy back, as remember as we
pick up other peoples energy they can also pick up ours. You don’t need
their negative energy you need to call your own positive energy back
visulisation for cleansing our chakras
Start at the root chakra, this is located at the base of the spine near your
sexual organs. Concentrate and focus on this area and imagine a lovely Red
colour surrounding it. Now imagine a lovely lotus flower in this lovely
colour, imagine it beginning to open up its petals and begin to spin. In
your mind really pull the lovely Red colour to this area. Ask your Spirit
Guides to assist you with this. Ask that they help you clear any negative
energy or blockages from this chakra. Ask that this chakra be re balanced.
As you do this you may begin to feel tingles in that area, this is good it
means the chakra is clearing and beginning to spin and work as it should. As
soon as you begin to feel this sensation you can move onto the next chakra
which is the Sacral Chakra.
The Sacral Chakra is located in the reproductive system or lower tummy. With
this chakra I want you to imagine a lovely Orange colour surrounding this
area. Again imagine a lovely lotus flower but this time in the colour
Orange. Imagine its lovely orange petals beginning to open and spin. Really
pull the colour Orange to this chakra. Again ask your Spirit Guides to
assist you with this, ask that they help remove any negative energy or
blockages from this chakra and re balance it. As before you may begin to
feel a sensation in this area, this means this chakra is now spinning and
working as it should. Soon as you feel it is you can move onto the next
chakra which is the Solar Plexus Chakra
The Solar Plexus Chakra is located at the navel. With this chakra imagine a
lovely Yellow colour. Do as before, imagine a lovely lotus flower but this
time in the colour yellow. Really pull the colour Yellow to this area and
lotus flower. As before ask your Spirit Guides to help you clear any
negative energy or blockages and ask it be re balanced. Soon as you begin to
feel sensations in this area you can move onto the next chakra which is the
Heart Chakra.
The Heart Chakra is located in the centre of the chest. With this chakra
imagine a lovely Green colour in this area. Again imagine a lovely lotus
flower but in Green begin to open her petals and spin. Really pull the
colour green to this area. As before ask your Spirit Guides to help clear
and re balance. Soon as you begin to feel a sensation you can proceed onto
the next chakra which is the Throat Chakra.
The Throat Chakra is located near the Adams Apple. With this chakra imagine
a lovely Blue colour. Again use the lotus flower but in a Blue colour.
Imagine it beginning to open it's petals and begin to spin. Really pull the
colour Blue to this chakra and area, again speak with your Spirit Guide. Ask
for any negative energy or blockages to be removed, ask the chakra be
balanced. Soon as you begin to feel a sensation in this area you will know
the chakra is spinning and working as it should and you can move onto the
next chakra which is the Brow Chakra.
The Brow Chakra is located between the eyebrows just slightly above them.
With this chakra imagine a lovely Purple colour. Imagine a lovely Purple
lotus flower beginning to open it's petals and spin. Really pull the colour
Purple to this area. Again speak with your Spirit Guides as you have done
previously. As soon as you begin to feel a sensation in this area you can
move onto the next chakra which is the Crown Chakra.
The Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head. With this chakra imagine
a lovely Violet colour. Again imagine a lovely lotus flower in this colour
begin to open up it's petals and spin. Really pull the colour Violet to this
area. Again speak with your Spirit Guide as before. As soon as you begin to
feel a sensation you will know this chakra is working as it should.
This completes the visualisation for a chakra cleansing. If at any time you
didn't feel a particular chakra was working as it should, don't worry you
can always go back to it. This exercise can be done at any time, any place,
anywhere.
Always thank your Spirit Guides for assisting you at any time
